Group Classes

Freestyle Fitness also hosts a range of exciting classes that do not require your feet to leave the ground for ages 14 and over. More classes will be added into our timetable so please check back soon for updates.  Please see our TIMETABLE for dates and times of current classes.

 

Zumba - The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

 

Stetch  - We prize cardiovascular and strength training for their role in helping us lose weight, build muscle and get fit, but the benefits of flexibility training are often overlooked meaning this area of training is usually forgotten however, as the population ages, more of us are learning to appreciate the rewards of stretching. Staying limber can offset age-related stiffness, improve athletic performance, and optimise functional movement in daily life. Research shows that flexibility training can develop and maintain range of motion and may help prevent and treat injury.  Freestyle Fitness is therefore offering the 30min class focusing solely on this area of training.

 

Body Conditioning - Body conditioning classes vary each session to challenge you and help tone and sculpt your body in ways a single discipline class can’t. Sessions include kettle bell work, Boxercise, circuits and much more.
