Freestyle fitness offers a range of group exercise classes for children from ages 2 to 18 which are structured according to age. All sessions will include an appropriate warm up and cool down and the main component of the session will include activities to work the cardiovascular system and also exercises to improve muscular strength and endurance.
For younger children the sessions include games, dance and role play activities to keep them motivated and active throughout the session. Equipment is provided by Freestyle Fitness and the type of equipment used is dependant on the age of children and suitability of the venue. For older children the sessions can include more structured exercise and games. Aerobics, circuit training, dance, core stability and flexibility training are some of the activities that can be included. All equipment for these sessions is provided by Freestyle Fitness.

Freestyle Fitness is able to offer a variety of personal training programmes to children. Our trainers can work on a one-to-one basis with individuals that have specific requirements and assist to set and achieve short and long term goals. We offer a varied and interesting exercise regime as well as a dietary guide and incorporate new activities regularly to maintain motivation. We monitor progress very closely to ensure goals are being achieved, quickly identifying if a problem with the training arises, and help to overcome any obstacles that may prevent goals from being met.
We also offer group training session for 2 to 10 children with common fitness requirements, these sessions encourage clients to work together and give each other extra incentive and motivation to keep going.Freestyle fitness is also offering specifically tailored training to sports groups or teams, providing massive potential to improve sporting performance. The sessions will target the specific needs of the clients and will aim to improve co-ordination, speed, endurance, agility and power.
