For added support and a good comparator for progress, work with friends, assosciates, or even those you don't know. It can help with motivation and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Classes will vary depending on group requirements but taster classes will be held at various locations in the local area giving an idea of the different types of programme available, I.e aerobics, circuit training, core stability, plyometrics, cheer leading, pole fitness, tone and tease and diet club. Sessions may be booked on a regular or one off basis, for businesses or individuals alike.
We will be conducting various classes for children throughout the summer at reduced rates and are looking at working with local schools and youth services to help improve the fitness of the children who are not achieving the recommended amount of exercise per week.
