Adults - Freestyle Fitness offers a range of party packages to suit all your needs, whether it be a birthday celebration, a hen night or a corporate function, why not do something different?  Parties with Freestyle Fitness can provide you with a fun, alternative evening that can teach you some great new tricks and skills.

Pole Party- suitable for up to 15 people. Pole parties involve some very basic technical instruction on performing some beginner moves on the pole combined with tuition on how to combine these moves smoothly to perform a fluid(Ish) routine by the end of the evening.. Pole parties can be combined with burlesque or chair dance activities. Fancy dress optional. 1 hour pole party is £50, 2 hour party is £80. Alcohol is not permitted on site (Sorry).

Aerial Circus Party - suitable for up to 15 people. Aerial parties involve basic instruction on the aerial equipment. Also use of juggling equipment, diabolos and lunastix. Unicycle may also be available. Fancy dress optional. 1 hour party £50, 2 hour party £80.  Alcohol is not permitted on site.

Kids - Children’s parties can range from general fitness/dance activity based parties to circus themed parties dependant on your child’s needs and ages

2-8yrs- General fitness parties (games and dances) can be offered and floor based circus themed parties (juggling, plate spinning, diabolo). We can accommodate up to 25 children and all music, games, prizes and drinks will be provided by Freestyle Fitness.  £.6 per head for a 2 hour party, minimum of 10 children. Food can not be provided by Freestyle Fitness but we can arrange a party table for you to use if you wish to bring cold finger food with you. Studio Mascot Freddy can also make an appearance if requested.

8-14yrs- Aerial Circus Party - suitable for up to 15 children Aerial parties involve basic instruction on the aerial equipment. Also games focused around  use of juggling equipment, diabolos and lunastix. Unicycle may also be available. Fancy dress optional. Music, games, prizes and drinks will be provided by Freestyle Fitness. £6 per head for a 2 hour party. Food can not be provided by Freestyle Fitness but we can arrange a party table for you to use if you wish to bring cold finger food with you.
