Pole Dancing Competition
Function room at Kai’s Bar, Louth Saturday 16th May at 8pm
Three levels this year (invert- any move where hips are above head). Although there is an advanced category this competition is not for anyone with a lot of experience in public performing.
Beginners - no inverts, 2-21/2 mins long. spins and transitions only.
Intermediate - no restriction on moves, however you will be expected to include mainly intermediate moves (max of 2-3 advanced) so don't enter this level then perform a routine full of handsprings, knee holds, ayshas and supermans.. 3-4 mins long.
Advanced - no restriction on moves. but you will be expected to include a number of advanced moves.
No dress code although make sure everything is covered.
pole used will be 50mm chrome x-pole at a height of 9ft 2
£2.50 spectator fee and competition entrance fee.
CAN ALL ENTRANTS PLEASE EITHER LET US KNOW THEIR MUSIC CHOICE BEFORE THE 9TH MAY OR BRING THEIR SELECTED MUSIC WITH THEM ON CD ONLY.
