Freestyle Fitness has been providing personal training services and running community exercise classes in the Louth area since 2004. Our services have included basic aerobic lessons, kids dance based fitness classes and as well as offering many other different group and individual lessons, we have been the first to bring pole fitness classes and Zumba to the Louth area and our aerial circus arts classes are providing a fresh and fun new way to keep in shape. At Freestyle Fitness we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the competition and are continually looking for fun, innovative and effective new ways to provide fitness opportunities for the local community.
